Welcome to Swift Cart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.
1. General
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Swift Cart website. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account & Registration
You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Swift Cart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information.
You may not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Product Information & Availability
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; however, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Products are available while stocks last. In the event an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspicion of fraud, or stock unavailability.
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the provided payment gateways. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without authorization.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is available for orders over R1000 within a 15 km radius of our dispatch point. For orders outside this radius or below the threshold, standard delivery fees apply.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has left our warehouse.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Returns & Refunds
Given our business policy, we do not offer free returns or change-of-mind refunds. However, we comply with consumer protection laws in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Defective/Damaged Goods: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the case and, if verified, offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange the correct item or a refund.
Sale Items & Promotions: Items purchased during sales or with promotional codes are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, supplements, feminine wellness products, or oral care items.
Any return approved must be shipped back in original, unopened condition at the customer’s cost unless the item is confirmed defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software—is the property of Swift Cart or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
